This quarterly dated planner is created by registered dietitian and strongwoman athlete, Allie Echeverria, MS, RD, LD. She uses her past experiences as a teacher, project planner, and grant manager to make nutrition, organization, and finances manageable. She created the Eaton Broshar Method to coordinate the chaos in her own life and designed this workbook to plan and record the systems that keep her on track.
